Job description –
Participate in planning, improving project implementation efforts.
Ensuring successful integration of regulatory application and third party vendor app for on-premise and cloud-hosted clients.
Share knowledge and practical experience through Allscripts Customer Services teams on product/technical skills to continually improve the capability and effectiveness of the Services/Support teams
Provide accurate information to the Development team, as needed, to allow them to correct the software without having to refer to the originating customer
Collaborate with other organizations such as Support operations, Engineering, QA, and IT to improve overall implementation experience.
Identifying, documenting, and discussing the known issues/bugs in the program meeting with various stakeholders and ensuring that the known issues/bugs are fixed with the subsequent release.
Resolving problems & issues within pre-set timelines, thereby developing the knowledge base and ensuring that the issue does not happen again.
Participates on teams and special projects to improve product and service quality and client satisfaction.
Works as part of a team to resolve client requests per agreed SLA.
Maintains status of problem resolution and updates customer and team lead on resolution status.
Adhere to existing policies and procedures.
Documents known issues and solutions and ensures adequate internal communication of problem resolutions.

Required skills –
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work
Excellent analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills..
Good understanding of SQL DDL & DML queries.
Basic understanding of FHIR and HL7 standard (not mandatory)
Basic understanding of IIS, AD and SSL certificates.
Excellent Documentation and Technical writing skills.
Good to have Azure Fundamentals certification.
Excellent communication and coordination skills (MUST)
Basic understanding of Windows Servers 2016, 2019
