SIAAP has grown in strength over the years and now address issues around sexuality, sexual and reproductive health and rights, GBV and mental health. The focus has been among adolescents and sex workers. The span of work is from grassroots to global, with critical engagement with policy makers and key actors in finding solutions. SIAAP offers immense opportunities for professional and personal growth in an ethical, nurturing and supportive environment.Job description – Administrator & HR ManagerKey responsibilities: · Day to day organizational management· Understand the requirements and attract talent and hire resources· Facilitate the processes of recruitment, appointment letters, contracts· HR training needs assessment & skill building arrangements· Maintain staff records and conduct periodical staff appraisals· Ensure timely submission of staff work plans and reports· Filing, storage & maintenance of documents· Maintain inward and outward correspondence· Maintain communication with donor and represent the organisation in forums including NGO/Govt agencies and community meetings· Facilitate and document the minutes of the staff, steering committee and board meetings· Establish and maintain the organisational climate and culture that enables development and retention and a high level of morale and integrity· Ensure grievance redressal· Assist in preparation and submission of monthly progress reports to be submitted to donor agencies.· Arrange conducting review meetings with the staff· Arrange setting up advocacy programs· Maintains employee benefits programs and care to SIAAP teams and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends· Ensure legal compliances by monitoring, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings· Maintain and update recommending human resource policies and procedures· Conduct periodic policy training for staff· Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system· Develop annual report of the organization along with Program Director· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed· Assist Program Director and Executive DirectorProfessional experience – essential· Minimum 3 years of experience working as administrator and HR manager in NGO· Excellent oral and written communication in Tamil and English· Inter-personal skills to communicate with the communities and staffQualifications, Skills and Competencies· Preferably female, under 3 years of age· Post-graduation in Administration and HR program· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision· Sound computer skills, including use of internet and MS office softwareOther Information: · The Admin & HR Manager will devote 100% time to the organization.Remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experienceMinimum commitment: Three yearsInterested candidate, may apply for the above positions by sending CV to given email address and by filling the below mentioned google sheet and uploading comprehensive CV.
