SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER MARKETING Brief Role Description:
Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
Retrieve and analyse feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products.
Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Manage the existing product line, brand establishment and brand building and also new product launching and strategy for pipeline products and execution.
Coordinate all the marketing activities and initiatives of an organization.
Carry out promotional campaigns, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends and support all marketing strategies
Requirement:
Good communication in English.
Good interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
Preferably and not necessarily, some experience of having worked in the Sales function at the level of Medical Representative / First Line Manager.
Experience in IVF or Gynaecology or neurology or paediatric neurology segment.
Experience in digital marketing, usage of digital space for marketing – engagement / conduct of marketing programs on digital media.
Criteria:
Age: 30 years – 40 years
Qualification: Graduate in Science, preferably life sciences / Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a Post-Graduate qualification in Marketing management
Experience: Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in Brand Management function and at least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
