Key roles and responsibilities include:

Liaise with the business stakeholder in all channels (Sales company departments, wholesale, retail, e-commerce partners, etc..) to understand the business strategy and document the business requirements and Develop process flowsResponsible for understanding Business Requirements and break down Demands into EPICS and User StoriesWork with business partners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.As Chief Requirement Engineer, you will be responsible for assuring IT solution integrity.Own one or more topic cluster (e.g. Retail Processes, data Integration, Digital Marketing, etc.) and provide leverage for IT LeadSteers demands within the topic cluster in close alignment with Business Architects, Business Analysts and Requirements Engineers and be responsible for the respective demands (steering in regards to content, timing, dependencies)Conducts reviews, provides guidance and concrete input to Requirements Engineers and assures integrity of demands in regards to the target pictureSupports Requirements Engineers in case of impediments in their work (e.g. in case of dependencies to stakeholders)Exercise / Execute governance for the Requirement Engineering ProcessAlign with Product Owner and IT Lead on content, timing and status of demands (incl. epics and user stories)Define Staging and epics, Assuring IT solution integrity and ensure the consideration of integration patterns/other architectural requirementsDevelop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our business.

Align with required squad setup for new demands together with BU & IT LeadsManage and track the status of Change requirements throughout the project lifecycle enforce and redefine as necessaryEnsuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologiesConduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view and their related reporting.Mentoring the team as well as periodically assess competency needsDrive Innovation and Continuous improvement, encourage & propose best practicesCreate / Propose Demand Management baselines as and when required.
Qualifikationen
Mandatory Requirements
Total 10-13 Years of Experience with Minimum 7 years of experience in salesforce CRM.Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalentMust have played a Technical lead role at least for 3 years with minimum 5 team membersSalesforce Certification is MUST in Salesforce AdminExpertise on CRM, Lead & Case, Offer & Ordering business processes andExpertise in Salesforce CRM and Knowledge on Sales, Service, Marketing cloudGood communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independentlyMust have played client facing roles both with IT and Business for at least 3 yearsExperience in design and implementation of Salesforce CRM business solutionsGood understanding of overall architecture of Salesforce CRMHands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controlsProven ability in leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environmentStrong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skillsAbility to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environmentDrive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill setsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

Preferred Experience and Skills
Salesforce Certification in at least one of Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community)
– Experience in- leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
Soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirementsDocumenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagramsCollaborating with business stakeholdersSalesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
