I.SUMMARY:
This resource will work on development of ServiceNow applications and integrating them with the other ITAD applications that are built using Dot Net core, Angular, ASP.Net and SQL Server. The resource will be responsible for getting the applications certified by ServiceNow and resolving and correcting any defects or changes identified during certification and finally publishing the application to the ServiceNow store. The resource will also be responsible for resolving any issues identified in any of the versions of the applications previously published.
II.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
Percent of time spent in this area_70%_
Results: Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications for the ITAD team. The applications will have to be developed based on requirements from the business team and post a Change Control Board approval. They would be deployed as incremental version, with each version being certified by the ServiceNow team. Once certified it would have to be deployed and published to the ServiceNow App store for usage by the ITAD clients.
Integrating it with other programs

Results: The ServiceNow applications built integrate with the other ITAD core applications that are built using Dot Net core, Angular, ASP.Net and SQL Server. The integrations will have to be documented, agreed, and approved based on discussion with the core development team and the business team. The integration points will have to be clearly identified and tested. Once deployed on test, UAT environment, the integration testing cycles will have to be supported till Go Live.
Administration, Training, documentation, and support
Percent of time spent in this area_10%_
Results: Coordinate with other team members and business stakeholders for deployment, training and any support for current and previous versions of the applications that are deployed and published.
II.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any IT Related 4- or 5-year course.
4 to 8 years’ experience in related technologies.
At least 3-5 years of experience in building and deploying ServiceNow applications
At least 1-3 years’ experience in working these platforms would be preferred: C#.NET, ASP.NET, IIS and SQL Server 2012 or later.
Advantage to having worked with cross platform integration environments with team size of 30+ team members
Very strong communication skills both written and verbal with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
