Job Description : Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing lead. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, we want to hear from you.Requirements: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsSet specific objectives and report on ROI for Social Media TeamCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews on social mediaOversee social media accounts (should have a hands-on experience on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest)Suggest and implement strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions, offers, giveaways, influencer marketing & etc.Monitor traffic generated from social media on Google AnalyticsCollaborate with social media team & other teams like design, sales and management to ensure brand & team consistencyStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsAbility to explain what’s driving their teams’ performance in a concise and data-driven wayAbility to identify and grow talent, lead, motivate and coach direct reportsProven ability to identify training needs and support development of programsHigh level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionallyProven ability and passion to coach in one-on-one and also in a team setting with a clear data-driven approach and tangible output for agents to improveOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
