Position Purpose
To support and maintenance for RPA, artificial intelligence and data as a services (DaaS).
RPA: Development, Support and maintenance of bots developed on blue prism and building the infrastructure for support. The goal is emulate business activity as human.
AI : Based on expertise of several vendors tool (Amelia, Yesop, Kofax, etc.), we automatic the business activities.
DaaS: We control, enrich and validate the data as per client needs based on big data and data mining (Spotfire, Alterix, Datastage etc.)
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Serve as Point of Contact for Global Support, get heavily involved in rapid recovery during production outages, and appropriate communication to Client, Operation and management.
Coordination between different teams for the rapid resolution of incident.
Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrences of incidents.
Participate to support documentation creation, update and sharing.
Participates and ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes.
Participate to the continuous improvement of the platform monitoring and production processes.
Contributing Responsibilities
Understand and remain fully aware of the business processes automated on the production platform.
Participate to Resiliency events (Disaster Recovery, Sustained Resiliency, etc.) to ensure Business Continuity objectives were met.
Maintains effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Time management skills and Smart working.
Must be able to work closely with end users, developers and business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Team member should feel comfortable with Object, SQL and sequential development.
Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data.
Proficient in Unix/ Linux / Windows command and Server handling.
Team members to ensure detailed root cause analysis is performed and follow up for resolutions.
Team members to update Problem records (Root cause, Work around, & effort spent on applying the workaround) every time when the issue occurs.
Team members to participate in internal problem reviews and monthly Problem Management meetings to provide quality updates and ensure appropriate fields are updated.
Team members ensure to relate the Incidents to the appropriate problem records.
Team members to ensure and update the problem records with detailed root cause analysis , Short term and long term solutions and Closure notes to record the production change number, Fix provided,etc.
Team members to follow with respective team, if action items falls outside team.
Team members to close problem records once corresponding solution rolled out in production
Fortnightly regular meetings with off shore team & local teams (Application development team, Operations, Sub-domain, service review, GBM,etc.)

Team member should contribute to improve the platform based on his/her experience. E.g. bringing more monitoring, control points to add.
Team member to contribute to obsolescence, capacity, security and problem management.
Ensure production stability through effective change management
Highlight capacity related issue on time and put checks/monitoring to avoid occurring again.
Put or bring best practices to enhance the quality of service.
Reduce operational risk especially human mistakes
Weekend activities to be planned very well especially activities related to infrastructure
