Overview:

Staff Enterprise Application Engineer performs a critical role in defining and implementing the end user delivery strategy. This role offers the opportunity to influence and deliver the evolution of end user computing technology across the enterprise.
This role will build partnerships with the enterprise IT and architecture and service delivery teams, business-line application teams. This role will create, execute, and streamline standards, tools, and processes to deliver effective and efficient application management services for all endpoint platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting and implementing CRM solutions. A strong base knowledge of sales practices and customer relationship processes are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
Be the senior member of the CRM development team, accountable for developing, leading, designing, customizing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Lead development efforts by working closely with Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Business Owners and Quality Engineering team members to analyze, design, architect and develop high quality Dynamics CRM solutions, adhering to engineering development standards, and meeting the business expectations.
Design and develop web-based components for Dynamics CRM solutions using entities, forms, views, relationships, charts, dashboards and SSRS reports.
Works as the main System Administrator for handling the work environment of Dynamics CRM
Manages all executive functions, such as maintenance of user accounts, records, dashboards, and additional conventional tasks
Analyze business, functional, technical and integration requirements to determine, recommend and design effective and optimal CRM solutions.
Develop functional and technical artifacts using use cases, user stories, requirements definitions, business process analysis, and user interface proto typing.
Evaluate design choices and recommend optimal design considering system limitations, project strategy, enterprise architecture constraints, performance, and scalability.
Design extensions for security model, data model, business logic, and integrations using Dynamics CRM application platform and rapid application development techniques.
Design, develop and integrate business processes and data flows between Dynamics CRM applications and back office systems using Scribe and Microsoft Azure stack.
Validates integration processes to ensure alignment of data models of source and target systems.
Participate in code reviews and share feedback and seek opportunities to improve quality.
Estimate development efforts for feature delivery at both the high-level & detailed level.
Troubleshoot production issues quickly as well as identify and address root causes, define the solution and work with operations teams to get the resolutions deployed to production by having expert, in depth knowledge of the entire platform and how each function is coded.
Actively contribute to the improvement, performance analysis, operations and monitoring of CRM related applications, frameworks, and tools.
Understand business requirements and have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate technical solutions in business language.

Qualifications:
BA/BS, MS, preferably in a technology-related or business field
6 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and worked in 3 plus implementations (7+ total years of experience)
Proficient in CRM business processes in sales automation, marketing automation and service management functions
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders—both technical and business users
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of social intelligence
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working with.Net Framework, C# and Visual Studio IDE experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure devops and Azure Repos.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, REST, SOAP, OData, XML, HTML, Web API, XRM Page object model.
Experience on architecting, analysis, design and development of MS Dynamics CRM Components, data migration, Integration of legacy systems, building and deployment of MS Dynamics CRM Components
Experience developing Dynamics CRM solutions using plugins, workflows, and custom code extensions, using entities, forms, views, relationships, charts, dashboards and SSRS reports.
Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams.
Knowledge on Azure logic app, Power automate, Data export service and Azure SQL
Worked on SSIS or other ETL technologies using Scribe.
