You are responsible for
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Understands business problems and customer needs very well. Translates them into detailed requirements, architecture and realizes the solution with good quality & ensures acceptance and high level of satisfaction from customers/stakeholders
Manages technical communication with stakeholders.
Manages and prioritizes requirements funnel.
Responsible for the end to end technical architecture of the system or subsystem owned.
Provide technical leadership in all areas of the development process, including UI development standards and practices,
system architecture and design, functional and technical design and implementation.
Be able to proactively identify, analyze and resolve complex issues earlier in the development cycle.
Must be hands-on and participate in development of applications.
Drives project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
Supports the verification and validation team by resolving the issues / defects in a timely manner.
Supports release processes, scales up as a techno manager guiding team members towards successful
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Role Competency:
10+ years of experience in Software development life cycle, with a minimum of 2 years as a full stack Architect.
Proven experience building cloud native systems and architectures (micro services, REST, event driven services).
Experience in leading the end2end architecture and design for complex systems with the application of design patterns
In depth programming and debugging experience in ASP.NET core, cloud technologies – Docker, microservices, Kubernetes expertise, SOA, Angular JS, REST, HTTP
Hands on experience implementing devop’s best practices on Azure Devop’s/Jenkins/similar tools.
Good understanding & experience in design patterns and practical application of same.
Experience in delivering end to end software programs from requirements definition to release in an Agile setting.
Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
Strong desire to learn and work across technology stacks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner, including engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists.
Self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills.
Work experience on systems used in healthcare is a plus.
