Responsibilities
Accounts Payables – Controlling of Accounts Payable function
Banking and Treasury – Monitoring daily Fund position, bank payments, coordination with bankers
Financial Yearly Auditing – Audit coordination till sign off, preparation of schedules and require data, tax audit and TP audit, cost audit, internal audit and IFC audit
Tm5 – IC reconcilation and loan updation, daily bank balance updation
Support to control plant activities – controlling daily Finance & Accounts related activities ,cost control, daily transactions verification, GL Controls and Reconciliations
TDS payments, returns and queries resolution , issuance of tax certificates such as form 16, salary and non salary
Reporting output to Direct Manager
Qualifications
Should be Qualified Chartered Accountant and completed Bachelor in Commerce
5 to 7 years of experience post qualification in Finance Function of Manufacturing setup
Strong functional knowledge, can handle any of the area in finance and accounts function, knowledge up to finalization, taxation, import and export
Working Proficiency in advanced level of Microsoft versions
Must be Well versed with ERP
Good English Communication skills
Should poses high level of Interpersonal skills
