POSITION DUTIES:

Onboard new clients and their strategic resources for Attendee Hub and their entire lifespan with Cvent.
Serve as the primary contact of contact for clients regarding projects and strategic level questions.
Maintaining business relationships, and ongoing communications during and post implementation of the projects.
Work with internal account team to maintain relationship with the client, and work with the Support/PSG, and App Support to provide resolution for technical issues
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client, and drive continued value of our products and services
Assist Operations departmental managers in identifying areas of improvement in both infrastructure, and rocesses
Assist Product Team on establishing product development priorities (as the voice of the client), QA testing of new features, and system enhancements, and providing use case scenarios
Responsible for helping drive the desired positive, and proactive communication, and corporate culture between clients, and customers, and ensuring the deliverable is met within the stipulated time frame

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to handle high inbound, and outbound call volume with corresponding high talk time
Prior experience of Client interaction through Phones, Emails or Chats
Ability to work well without supervision and flexibility and commitment to work to meet business goals
Strong business acumen, ethics & high integrity
Knowledge of Crowd Compass/Event Registration Product, and Project Types will be a plus
Comfortable using MS office suite, Salesforce & Zoom
Must be articulate, organized, detail oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast changing entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written)
Excel at building relationships over the phone & email
Experience in working on online products, Applications & projects.
Candidates should be ready to work night shifts
