Job Description : Carry out market research on countries identified by Business Development Manager.Check emails regularly and update Business Development Manager.Generate new business Leads / Enquiries.Check new tenders / EOI / Opportunities uploaded on tender board / procurement websites of countries handed on daily basis.List tenders / opportunities found and submit to Business Development Manager for decision making which tender to go ahead and which one to drop.Search Local partners as per need of tenders.Communicate with partners finalized to get what we want from them to submit bids.Prepare MOUs / Agreements / Documents.Source for Products / services required for exports and get quotations from manufacturers / suppliers.Prepare quotations / proposals / biding documents for submission to clients.Follow up with clients for getting orders and payments.Upon receiving order and advance payment from client, prepare PO for manufacturer / supplier.Search partner companies in India & other countries for taking up identified projects in Africa & communicate / follow up with them till signing of MOU.Prepare Presentations, notes, graphics to be shared with clients.Communicate with Vendors, Embassies, and Ministries in India and abroad.Time frame to be fixed for each task assigned.Timely completion of tasks assigned.Review of progress of each task against deadline fixed.Update Business Development Manager with daily tracker / progress report.Highlight issues faced and suggest probable solutions.Present weekly plans and progress reports to senior management on weekly basis.Performing market research.Gathering and processing research data.Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.Assisting with inventory control.Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.Any other work not listed above assigned to you from time to timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Nirman Vihar, Delhi – 110092, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
