Central Operations (DE Payouts Team)
Role: Operations Manager
Operations Manager will work collaboratively across key functions to program management of all metrics related to DE Payouts. He/she will take care of the DE Payouts process and Risk analysis
Job Description:
He /She will combine creative thinking, command of analytical methods, and understanding of the business to:
Improve the Process
Fixing the issues and come up with RCA
Identify unethical practices being performed by blue collared employees in an attempt to earn more and work on the methods to reduce the instances
Design methods/queries to identify all the edge case requirements to meet the targets
Desired Candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree
2-3 years of relevant experience (i.e. in management/strategic consulting, corporate development, etc.) and a demonstrated record of accomplishment
Experience in eCommerce, digital media, retail, and customer experience businesses post consulting is preferred but not mandatory
Advanced business and financial modeling skills.
The ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.
Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to timely completion.
Highly experienced at structuring ambiguous problems, leading analytical work streams, applying sound business discernment
Communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data-driven insights to senior business leaders.
Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive projects to execution by building consensus. Strong strategic and creative thinking
Advance SQL and excel knowledge
