The senior person shall have relevant experience and shall be able to manage team of counselors ensuring team goals are achieved. Candidates will similar experience will be preferred. Brief description of job responsibilities is highlighted below:This position will be responsible for enquiry generation, enquiry management, admissions processing and evangelization of our course offerings.Help students understand the best suitable course for themFollow up and close the leads given by managementConduct events & Assist with various Marketing activities, to undertake various marketing initiative as asked by management from time to time.Coordinate with other departments and Work on documentation of students joining us.Counseling prospective students and guiding them about the different courses offered.Counseling through Data Calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in.Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the sameHandling queries over telephone and walk insConverting leads into admissions.Calling on given leadsProvide Pre admission Counseling and advise the students regarding Admission process and entrance exam.To be a single point of interface for all students till conversion.Ensure students are properly educated on the benefits and advantages of enrolling with CREO Valley Group of Schools.Support enrollment process.Resolve student grievances in consultation with the Centre Manager.Capturing accurate student information on an enquiry form and timely entering the same in system.Generate walk ins from telephonic lead , leads from other sources and referrals.Maintain confidentiality of data.Complying to the batch plan and launching the batch as per the plan and effectively communicate the dates and times of the batches to the students and parents.Position Requirements:Education and Relevant ExperienceWork experience in relevant position preferredSkills and Knowledge:Good Communication skills & basic computer knowledge (MS Office Excel, word)Good Interpersonal skillsGood Coordination skillsTarget orientedPleasant personalityFocusedTask orientedCandidates with regional language expertise preferred (e.g. Kannada, Telugu, Malyalam etc)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All COVID safety protocols are followed.Experience:Education & Admission Counsellors: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
