Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:
You conduct detailed business analysis and produce concise functional requirements specifications in accordance with the product strategy
You collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Testers, Developers and Clients on scope, requirements, solutions, constraints and risks
You use Case modelling and creation of Use Case specifications; creation of screen, interface, report and workflows specification documents and data models
You craft visual models of current “as-is” and future “to be” workflows
You simplify existing processes and tasks to reduce overall costs of service
You perform current/target/gap/impact analysis, collect expert input and describe impact across all areas
You deal with client group and senior management across global organization and ensure their consistent understanding

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) team is looking for an IT Business Analyst within Technology Security Services to support process improvements and solution delivery. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to work with key IT and business units, product managers, solution architects, developers and vendors and help to shape the future of Identity & Access Management service. The main purpose of the role is to elicit, analyse, document and communicate requirements to ensure their common understanding between project team and key partners. Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these topics
Overall 8+ years of experience which span one or more IT disciplines like: BA, solution providing, consultancy (technical or process) or as Requirements Engineer in IT
Experience as a BA in Application Security or Data Protection Domain Desirable
Proven track record of operating within complex IT environments
Pro-active work approach and experience in working independently
Experience within IT Identity & Access Management is advantageous
You are strong self-starter that can work independently as needed and is willing to learn
You have an ability to synthesize knowledge to an easily understandable level for circulation to a wide audience from outside the department
You have good understanding of high-level IAM concepts and principles regarding identities, accounts, request/approval and provisioning processes
Knowledge of UML notation
Ability to prepare SQL queries and CCBA, CBAP certification would be an asset
Prior software development and/or IT support experience considered as a plus
