As Digital Operations Strategy Consultant, you will play a strategic role in representing APD in the deployment digital excellence program with our enterprise, industry and/or Dealer partners and work closely with SEA district offices to execute Digital Excellence Program to improve Dealer digital operational excellence. In the strategic role, you will:

Lead and consult with appropriate partners and/or drive collaboration to execute digital excellence program, focusing on developing dealer capacity and capability to add value to dealer and its customer experience.
Build strong understanding of the marketing and business objectives of multiple business units, industry groups, Dealers and determine how, when and where capabilities can be best utilized to drive value.
JOB DUTIES:

The role of Digital Operations Strategy Consultant is assigned to collaborate with dealer partners and appropriate partners to understand dealer digital strategies to drive digital excellence program in APD though embedding good governance, dashboard reporting and leading DEP Dealer Forums. This role will also cover specific dealers to drive DEP execution. You will:
Manages proper collaboration, coordination, training, communication and alignment among related areas, projects and strategies within the team and with internal and/or Dealer partners.
Drives and builds digital awareness through communication and identity programs in global regions and multiple business units, industry groups and/or Dealers. Directs and facilitates future-focused assessment of global and industry impact related to digital programs and deployments, and provides direction.
Solve problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions. You will be empowered to determine the best way to complete job assignments in order to achieve desired results. Work is reviewed after completion, except in the most complex or high impact situations. Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Process Quality, etc. The position changes the way work is performed to meet quality goals for the measure(s) stated.
Tracks and monitors progress, typically via metrics reporting.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
This position requires 9 to 12 years of job-related experience, typically in eBusiness, digital marketing, technical marketing, marketing communications, or corporate communications.
A college or university level degree or equivalent experience is required.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to partner, build relationships, drive accountability and achieve alignment across all levels of the organization from team members to executive management is required.
This position requires strong skills working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, and the ability to influence and resolve differences and issues.
The work environment requires this position to adapt quickly to high velocity and change.
Strong project and program management, including communication and change management planning/coaching is also required.
It is important to have deep knowledge of current digital capabilities and thorough understanding of the integration points.
The ability to demonstrate digital capabilities and some product support experience is desired.
