Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a member of the Global Digital Marketing team at BCG, you will be joining a team that is responsible for developing strategies and enablement efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing or communications. They will also have strong project management experience, and the confidence and knowledge to conduct trainings and drive enablement actives with large marketing groups and senior stakeholders. Given the highly collaborative and visible nature of this role, we are looking for a candidate that is a strong communicator, detail oriented, can multi-task well, has a strong follow-through record, and enjoys building relationships. This individual will be responsible for driving a global enablement program with the team’s manager. Their day-to-day accountabilities will require managing different stakeholders (Practice Area, Global Marketers and Local Marketers), managing senior stakeholders, driving training, and maintaining guides, enablement processes, and tracking/reporting.

Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s degree – degree in marketing or communications preferred
4-6 years working in a professional setting – B2B experience preferred
4+ years of experience in social media marketing or communications, or training and enablement
Experience with executive communications on LinkedIn
Global experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
Project management
Experience working with technologies and software that support social media marketing:
LinkedIn, Sales Navigator
Social media analytics
Excel, PowerPoint
Language Skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal) – other language skills would be beneficial

This is a job in a truly international environment, spread across the globe which will require flexible hours to accommodate the different time zones of the different stakeholders (Practice Area, Global Marketers and Local Marketers)
