The firm is managed by certified and regulated professionals that have combined industry experience of over 25 years.With the rapid development of the business and with huge growth & expansion opportunities ahead, Career Abroad is now looking to hire new personnel to join our team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandle office administration responsibilities and maintain log of itProcess client documents and arrange them in appropriate methodFill in the application forms, combine documents and submit to Toronto head officeMaintain log of all activities, report it on daily basis to Toronto head officePerform various activities related to college / university admission processWork along with other team members and assist them in various office administration processAssist in file compilation, merging of documents, extracting documents, drafting emailsCommunicate with sub-agents, college representatives and other associates on regular basis pertaining to on-going admission processReport issues to Toronto head office to acquire future solutionsVerify, submit, monitor, track and report on all student cases submitted, processed, pending, approved, follow-ups, applications prepared, filed, dispatched, decisions made and on in-progress casesMust be able to learn and resolve issuesMust be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.Qualifications and RequirementsAt least one-year of office assistant or office administration experience preferredMust have team player qualitiesExcellent communication skills and command over EnglishIndependent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teachBenefitsExcellent salary offered to suitable candidates.
