Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Be part of GOT QA family to handle Quality assurance along with enhancing the overall Automation coverage.
Leading organizational change: ability to handle the successful and smooth transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure and overall organizational environment
Responsible for overall quality, coding standards of the automated suites and being able to understand the context and detail behind the change and translate them to effective Test objectives and strategies
A creative, analytical problem solver with track record in influencing senior decision makers, with an ability to drive service and process adoption across both IT and the business
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who has the affinity to build positive relationships through good partner management combined with strong client skills to deliver needs-based solutions and a best-of-class client experience
Must have an open and team oriented attitude showing flexibility, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
Profound knowledge and proven track record covering all testing subject areas (e.g. test leadership across large programs, test automation, functional, regression & performance testing)
You can code as an Automation engineer and also drive Automation agenda across GOT applications
Experience in Partner management to drive GOT wide programs working with x applications in scope
Experience in drive E2E testing / UAT

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Must have
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent and gained at least 10 years’ experience as Senior Test Lead in a financial institution or comparably large organization
Required Skill-Set:
Very Strong testing fundamentals
Banking/Finance or similar knowledge would be advantageous
Proficient in bug tracking and test management tool-sets (JIRA, SVN, HP-ALM and Confluence)
Proven experience with Test Automation tooling e.g. UFT, Selenium, Cucumber
Outstanding experience in database driven testing & validating millions of records
Strong experience in Test Strategy, test plan, Test design, test execution traceability matrix, test report and ensure usage of tools for optimization
Team-player – highly proactive phenomenal team-player eager to support your colleagues when needed
You are prepared to tackle responsibility for tasks and work independently
You present excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience of agile development processes (SCRUM) is a great plus
Knowledge of software engineering lifecycle process is a plus
You have strong communication skill and vendor handling experience
Proficient with Agile Testing / SDLC
Nice to have:
Experience with Performance Toolsets – Load Runner, JMeter
