Job Description : Summary: The Senior Accountant will work individually and as a team to assist the VP of Finance in business transformation efforts related to cash management and non-patient receivables business processes enabled by a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. This position will be an integral part of driving the end-to-end cash processing and integrations with banks as well as non-patient billing and accounts receivables (AR) management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the design, testing and implementation of the ERP cash management system including any integrations that may be required to /from third party treasury systems
Assist with the development of the cash management policies and processes
Lead the identification of the complete population of non-patient billing and AR across the Company
Lead the design, testing and implementation of the ERP billing and non-patient AR modules for future state processes around billing capture, recording of receipts, non-patient AR management based on input from various Company subject matter experts.
Assist with the development of non-patient billing and AR management policies and processes
Assist with the development of the functional design specification for cash and non-patient AR related conversions and integrations
Assist with the extraction of balances and data from the legacy systems
Create deliverables to be presented to business transformation and ERP implementation working groups
Develop effective working relationships with the full business transformation and ERP implementation project team, including members representing other functional areas, and subject matter experts

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet software and Database software. Familiarity with Oracle’s cloud-based ERP system (or other cloud-based ERP system) is preferred.

Work Environment: The environment is a hybrid including an average of 60% – 80% in office space within a corporate office facility and the remaining 20% – 40% working from home. Position may require a flexible schedule, extended hours or weekends to accommodate company needs.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
CPA certification or plans to obtain CPA certification preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Cloud-based ERP experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a complex organization
