Job Description : The Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the global treasury function and will be responsible for supporting the broader team by assisting with day to day corporate treasury operations. The Treasury Analyst will be involved in opening and closing of bank accounts, courier and cash transport logistics, payment processing, communicating with banks and internal stakeholders, and other required cash management operational activities.
The Treasury Analyst is expected to have a basic understanding of accounting, finance, banking or treasury and be a detail oriented individual.
As an integral member of the global treasury function, the Treasury Analyst will be required to build strong relationships both internally and with external partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (may include but not limited to)
Daily Cash Management Activities
oExecute any funds movements that are required, in compliance with company policies
oCarry out any actions required to support investing or borrowing needs
oOpening, closing, reviewing and tracking of bank accounts and services
oManagement of online banking platforms
oCorrespond with couriers to help manage cash movements
oWork with internal and external customers to provide support and resolve issues
oAssist the Treasury team with daily cash positioning and forecasting
oRelease daily cash management reporting
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related Business Degree, or equivalent work experience and/or training.
Experience/Skills:
Minimum two (2) years of relevent work experience in an Accounting, Finance, Banking or Treasury role.
