In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Drive solutions to reduce recovery
Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Design complex system upgrades
Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities:
Provide automation strategy for product management and testing of 3rd party products using variety of frameworks.
Lead architecture design and implementation of test automation infrastructure.
Develop, modify and execute manual as well as automated tests using Micro Focus UFT to validate product functionality.
Provide patch automation strategy using ANSIBLE playbooks for COTS product lifecycle management
Automation Engineering mindset – Should be able to design & implement robust, scalable and high quality automation scripts.
Ability to define comprehensive E2E scenarios with variations of data with positive and negative scenarios for automation testing/deployment.
Essential Qualification
8+ years’ experience in engineering/ system analysis and/or design
Good experience in COTS product management activities including patch automation, lifecycle management and deployments.
Frameworks – Hands on experience in creating Automation using UFT is must and have good exposure in developing /designing end to end testing frameworks from scratch.
Scripting – Good experience in Scripting like PowerShell, VBA scripts etc.
Good experience with lifecycle management tools like HP ALM, JIRA etc.
Ability to provide recommend effective COTS automation/deployment /testing strategies
Risk Management – Capable of closing out issues, managing risk, providing accurate status, and communicating with peers, partners and management
Hands on Automation Engineering experience including writing/execution of test suite
Hands on experience on creating ANSIBLE playbooks and modules.
Capable in managing and coordinating migration initiatives – Especially HPSA/HPSO to ANSIBLE
Hands-on experience writing, running, and maintaining automation testing frameworks
Experience with testing techniques such as regression testing, ad hoc testing, feature testing, security testing, user interface testing, integration testing, performance testing
Must be very good at Debugging and creating proof of concepts for new automation techniques.
In depth knowledge in Windows Operating System, Linux operating systems.
Strong background in Linux or Windows with good debugging skills
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions
Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
Desired Qualification
Exposure and experience in deployment and troubleshooting in HPSA/HPSCO and ANSIBLE.
Nice to have exposure – CI/CD/GIT /Jenkins.
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to meet service level agreements
Experience with Automated Testing using Selenium would be desirable
Experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems including building, supporting and advanced troubleshooting
Good understanding of software product functionality on servers and desktops (i.e. Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Apache, IBM, etc.)
Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and operate independently with little direction.
