1. Degree in design or social sciences and digitally savvy with at least 10-12 years of work experience
2. Minimum 5-year relevant experience and a compelling portfolio of past work, showcasing a wide variety of design outcomes3. Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, coach and inspire others with an exemplary experience design ability and outcome driven …
4. Extensive experience in participating in, and/or leading multi-stakeholder research, and usability studies, recognising important insights and translating
them into compelling experience concepts
5. Exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum development process
6. Proven experience in creating innovative ideas to experiences
7. Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on experience design and ideas from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions
8. Ability to perform and make decisions in an environment of high ambiguity
9. Ability to learn on the fly and quickly assimilate new information
10. Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology
11. Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
12. Curious and creative thinker, who is able to ask “why” and “why not, and can effectively innovate big ideas and also work out the details
13. Ability to translate ideal customer experiences and support design across platforms (mobile app, web, etc)
14. Create, guide and collaborate with design team on UI//UX design
15. Must have a passion for championing customer experience
16. Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and Human-Centered Design is a plus
