Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic senior UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.You’ll Be Responsible For: Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assetsDeveloping and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brandProducing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypesDesigning UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assetsTesting UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pagesCollaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital userProviding advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviorAdhering to style standards on typography and graphic designSome Must HavesA minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or servicesPortfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platformsWorking knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.Team player but can work independently tooExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksNice To Have: Previous experience working in an ed-tech startup (Doubtnut, Toppr, Chegg, Unacademy, etc.)Deep understanding of customer persona (school students, parents, entrance exam aspirants)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid sick timePaid time offWork from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftCOVID-19 considerations:We are taking all the necessary COVID-19 precautions.Application Question(s):How many years of Coding experience do you have?How many years of experience reviewing Code as a Peer?How many years of experience reviewing Code as a lead?How many years of Web Development experience do you have?How many years of Android App Development experience do you have?How many years of IOS App Development Experience do you have?
