The Client Account Services (CAS) team manages and services the delivery of a global strategy across various suites of products across Corporate and Investor Banking.

Primary Responsibilities
Work on a variety of data driven regulatory projects and provide data & trend analysis and reconciliation services to operational teams across Client Account Services (CAS) organisation. In this role you will be required to:
Develop and productionise a standard suite of reconciliations and reporting of critical data elements as defined by the business.
Complete account level data analysis and help to drive operational changes and improvements to account opening / closing procedures and controls, furthering the control framework
Streamline query management of data discrepancies, including resolution and co-ordination with processing teams.
Act as enabler by communicating clearly and bridging the gap between Ops requirements and s
Work with technology partners to develop automated solutions, which reduce risk and manual processing, enhancing data flow and quality
Support the strategic development of consistent and clear data lineage, providing data visualisation services enabling usable business recommendations
Provide support to Ops partners so that they understand data analysis, reconciliations, MIS and impact on their day to day role.
Support account remediation that may be required to existing account structures to ensure 100% data quality.
Ongoing monitoring of data quality across multiple data attributes to ensure adherence to business rules.
Qualifications/Skills:

Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and a true passion for data modelling, solving complex data issues, and developing infrastructure for data reporting
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Master’s Degree is a plus
4-6 years of experience in banking and/or strategy consulting with knowledge of the financial services industry and strong team management skills
Core Experience in the following tools (Mandatory) – Data tooling, Tableau 10, Alteryx, additional – QlikSense, QlikView, ML, AI is a plus (not mandatory)
Experience in Digital/Web Analytics is preferred
Advanced skills using MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint tools
Cross-team collaboration
Ability to analyse problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement that improve client experience (internally to the team and externally to stakeholders and clients)
Team player and demonstrated work ethics – consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in behaviour and performance
