Operational Analysis is an important role within Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization. This position within Enterprise IT Operations (EITO) and Delivery Services Portfolio focuses on operational analytics design, access, support, and integration. Operational analytics is at the core of understanding the business insights and impact to make key decisions throughout the IT lifecycle. This role will be working closely with Tableau and ServiceNow to leverage capabilities such as machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, and predictive algorithms. This position is critical to ensuring resiliency of Boeing’s extended infrastructure ecosystem such that it is reliably available to meet the needs of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate the delivery of ServiceNow Performance Analytics capabilities – service mapping, discovery, machine learning and analytics, ITOM, dashboard/reporting automation.
Facilitate automation rule development to improve service quality.
Promote ServiceNow platform alignment to the IT Vision / Mission / Strategy to enable business outcomes.
Drive the transition to ServiceNow through Transformational Change Management (TCM) practices across all established Capability Project Teams.
Ensure appropriate operational service documentation is created and accepted by stakeholders prior to the introduction of new or upgraded services.
Confirm that there are defined service commitments for each service (pattern).
Perform continuous gap analysis (future/current state), risk analysis and benchmarking readiness across the organization to demonstrate operational improvement.
Capture business demand, operational metrics and communicate with service governance team(s).
Model Seek, Speak, Listen to help establish the culture we need to accelerate performance.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Understanding of Infrastructure services, service readiness and the required deliverables / outcomes.
Analytical skills with ability to dissect important details while maintaining a perspective on the big picture.
Ability to build strong networks across organization boundaries.
Desired Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience with IT Operations processes and systems
Demonstrated willingness to aggressively learn new things
Knowledgeable of how the business and organization operates, in the current state and future objectives
Experience with one or more ServiceNow implementation programs supporting ITSM & ITOM
