Job Description : TELECOMMUTE Location: Remote, US
As Manager, Brand & Demand Marketing, you will contribute to brand and demand strategies for Boot Camps across our portfolio of programs, including Coding, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, Technical Project Management, Program Management and FinTech. This role is responsible for helping develop go-to-market strategies, including understanding audiences, creating multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with internal functional teams. You will also collaborate with the Senior Brand Director on overseeing execution, and reporting on key performance indicators that are aligned with business goals and objectives.
You will join an exciting, innovative, experienced team of Brand and Demand Marketing Strategists who work together, mentor and help each other, and are supported by a seasoned executive leadership team.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
8+ years’ work experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on creating tactical marketing plans aligned to the goals of a product or service line. Experience in technology or software companies is not required, but is a plus.
Great communicator, both in conveying best practices and project details/ideas across all levels of the company, including the Executive team
Demonstrated experience related to various marketing disciplines in order to understand how they can impact overall marketing goals
Knowledge of how to drive demand through multi-channel marketing and conversion best practices
Strong project management and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent
Innovative, agile mindset
Experience in Education, especially in B2C settings, is a plus
Strong leadership when collaborating with cross-functional teams: product leaders, product marketing, media, analytics and operations
You have worked in a fast-paced growth company and demonstrated the ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully (startup experience a plus)

Responsibilities and Duties
Outbound marketing planning: Help define and lead marketing strategy and activities by translating product strategy, value propositions, and audience information into actionable conversion marketing tactics to reach enrollment targets
Driving tactical execution: Working with Marketing Operations, E-Mail, and Social Media & Search teams, to define how work is executed; prioritizing projects to meet enrollment goals
Reporting/analytics: Working with our analytics team to define KPIs and report against them, including the sharing of insights that could change or be added to marketing plans
Cross-functional partnerships: You will serve as a central point of Marketing contact with functional teams such as SEO, Admissions, Student Support, Creative Copy & Design, Developers to translate requirements into actionable tactics, collaborating with third party agencies as needed.
Drive learning: Partnering with Product leaders and Product Marketing to align the performance of various campaigns and marketing efforts to specific hypotheses about students, the market, and our products
Primary KPIs for this role include the volume and conversion rate of qualified leads, hitting enrollment targets as well as the efficiency/ROI of marketing tactic creation and execution.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 8 – 9 years in Marketing Manager( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
