Reporting to the VP of B2B Marketing & Demand Generation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a performance-driven marketing team to leverage your existing skills while growing your skillset to drive real results.

You will be responsible for building the BenefitHub brand and awareness of our key products through the use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, YouTube, and others of relevance. You will also be responsible for ORM and managing ratings and reviews across these platforms in generating positive sentiment and engagement across the web. As a Social Media Manager, you will work alongside the business and consumer marketing teams, product, customer care, and technology to reach our organization’s goals. From creating periodic editorial calendars, using marketing to deliver our brand’s message, you will be the link between our business and current and prospective clients. You will determine the initiatives that work the best and amplify those to continue our growth.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field from a reputed educational institution
5 – 8 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media and content marketing
Thorough understanding of the social media landscape including especially LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and newer platforms
Should have managed social media, brand content and ORM at scale, end to end.
Should have created and promoted brand videos (exclusively for digital) and created and run a cross-platform social media strategy
Can analyze data, insights, and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media
Strong communication and presentation skills
An energetic and self-driven individual
Desirable skills and experience:

Previous experience in managing Social Media presence in a B2B digitally-driven (e-Comm, start-up or tech) company.
Proven strategies that have helped build a brand on social media or led to improve conversions for a brand
Preferably one stint in a SAAS background that’s been built from scratch
Exposure to Global Brands in a high brand compliance environment is a plus
Asana, Jira, Wrike or Trello project management experience.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms ·
Identify and define the most important social media KPIs and monitor them regularly
Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns
Run ad campaigns on social media platforms and optimize them to deliver better results
Consistently measure the performance of each social channel, make timely adjustments to improve performance and work cross-functionally as an informed consultant to make relevant recommendations to editorial strategy
Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use it to create content and improve overall performance
Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content – both written and visual – for the social media platforms
Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice and daily editorial optimization
Co-ordinate and pass on consumer reviews to the customer care team to action
