Position : Practice Development Specialist

Job Description : The Practice Development Specialist is responsible for marketing, education and outreach of all Skin and Cancer institute services to external physicians. They provide outreach support by establishing long-standing referral streams from referring providers to our dermatology specialty practices. This role serves as the main point of contact, facilitating open lines of communication, promoting community awareness of our medical and cosmetic dermatology services, and ensuring timely access to our offices.
Skin and Cancer Institute is looking for a full-time Practice Development Specialist for the Phoenix, AZ region. We are a high-volume dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, with a great work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow. If you seek a team-oriented work environment, this is the place for you. Prior experience in the medical/cosmetic industry is a major plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Promote Skin and Cancer Institute to physicians to increase patient referrals, seeking new relationships and strengthen existing referring physician relationships.
Results-oriented individual who strategically pursues business with energy and drive; holds him/herself accountable for achievement of assigned territory sales goals.
Strategically plans and implements outreach efforts to generate new patient volume within the healthcare community in the designated market.
Identify and ensure to follow through on opportunities plus demonstrates skill along with persistence to overcome objectives.
Gather intelligence related to the payer landscape to expand contracting.
Must be well organized, proactive, and driven to see tasks are completed in a timely fashion with attention paid to detail.
Community management, including listening and responding to our audience, and coordinating with the Customer Support team to quickly resolve issues.
Planning events including grand openings, yelp parties, giveaways
Salesforce experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to identify, seek out, and secure new relationships with physicians and other health care professionals.’

Pay: $47,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
