Position : Social Media Specialist – Nightlife
Job Description : Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a passionate, creative and brand-focused Social Media Specialist to help lead activation and management of Wynn Nightlife social platforms. You are up to date on the latest trends and storylines in entertainment, nightlife and social media, and are a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who has a proven track record of creating a brand’s voice in a highly collaborative environment. You have a passion for social media, entertainment, and an ability to creatively use Wynn Nightlife’s social platforms in ways that support Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Nightlife’s priorities.
Drive growth of the Wynn Nightlife social channels through creation and implementation of innovative brand campaigns and initiatives
Help develop and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
Publish content to our Wynn Nightlife channels including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more
Work across numerous departments, including sales, editorial, design and product to ensure consistency with company vision
Provide the marketing team with consistent analysis, management, and planning
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Wynn Nightlife’s target audience and surrounding culture
Manage relationships and processes with key internal and external partners
Develop creative and compelling social material
Work with management to ensure long-term social media plans are delivered on time and in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Nightlife business demands
Occasional community management
Other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media, with a focus in entertainment, nightlife or luxury brands preferred
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Proven ability to sift through large amounts of data, identify critical information, analyze, and make recommendations
Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for the entertainment, nightlife and lifestyle space
Deep understanding of social media, pop culture, music, entertainment news, and industry trends
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strategic and creative thinker who can proactively problem solve
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or creative disciplines preferred
