Job Description : TrickleStar Inc. is interviewing for an experienced Customer Service andOperations Assistant. This position plays an integral role in customer service and operations of the company. The candidate will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer and respond to customer support calls and emails. The candidate will also handle daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers. The candidate will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations. Experience in distribution, shipping, and logistics will be well regarded. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour are required.ResponsibilitiesConduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.Interact with customers on a daily basis via phone and email, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service.Supervise any temporary warehouse staff and oversee daily operations.Enforce all company rules and regulations.Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents.Count and stock merchandise based on inventory control log.Pack orders in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping.Treat merchandise with care and concern at all time.SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.Customer-service oriented.Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $3,000.00 – $3,800.00 per monthExperience:Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location:One locationBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planPaid time offWork environment:OfficeCommunication method(s) used:EmailPhoneJob Duties:Answer incoming customer inquiriesCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policiesRecord customer information within our customer service databaseEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concernsOffer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policiesOther duties as requestedSchedule:Monday to FridayCompany’s website:www.tricklestar.comBenefit Conditions:Only full-time employees eligibleWork Remotely:No
