Position : Administrative Coordinator

Job Description : Join a fast-growing division of a global quality services company. We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator responsible for hands-on administrative duties, program coordination and sales support for our North American Training, Engineering, and Consulting teams.
This position will have frequent interaction with our consultants, engineers and field teams as well as interaction with customers and vendors. It is important that the Administrative Coordinator represents TRIGO’s brand positively, gains a strong understanding our service offerings and always demonstrates a commitment to quality. Candidates must be able to successfully work with and understand colleagues in different business climates/cultures and industries without bias.
Position will be based out of our Pickering, ONT or Auburn Hills, MI office. Telecommuting may be possible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Training support: Incoming lead and communication tracking, proposal follow-up, invoicing/online payment processing, material support, course venue negotiation and scheduling.
Engineering and Consulting support: Tracking of weekly project hours, resource availability calendar, documentation distribution, data collection and support with administrative procedures.
Additional duties: Central point of contact for field team questions, maintain project calendars, support with travel arrangements, review and reconcile expense report reimbursement submissions, collateral inventory and shipping.
Required Background, Skills & Attributes:
A self-starter with proven ability to: Independently manage multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities and deadlines, prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, handle frequent interruptions in workflow, organize and maintain administrative processes.
Other requirements:
Post-Secondary education (College or University) or equivalent professional experience in Administration, Business or Human Resources.
Must have at least 5+ years’ experience working in an administrative or coordinator position (experience with Consulting, Training, Automotive or Engineering industry, or knowledge of Quality Standards considered a plus).
Technologically savvy, with excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience supporting Managers, Directors and Executives in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy.
Experience working independently and within a team environment.
Excellent understanding and application of the English language (written and verbal) in a professional setting.
High degree of business acumen displaying a professional demeanor, able to work with people from a broad range of positions and backgrounds
