Job Description : About the Role:

Position is part-time, 12 hours per week. Position performs a variety of custodial duties necessary to keep buildings in clear and orderly condition which contribute to the effcient operation of the bank. Ensures all bank property is neat, clean, and ready for business on a daily basis.

Keep interior and/or exterior of buildings in clear and orderly condition and ensure all bank property is neat, clean, and ready for business on a daily basis. Prepare/breakdown meeting rooms for bank staff meetings and special functions.
About You:

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:
Working knowledge of cleaning practices, procedures and techniques, and tools needed to perform job duties. Skill in the operation and/or use of tools and cleaning products used to perform job duties.
Ability to effectively follow written and oral instructions and to work independently with little supervision.
Professionalism: Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others; work to develop and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships; represent the bank in a positive manner; maintain credibility with others.
Ethical Behavior: Model high standard of honesty, integrity, trust, and openness. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work both indoor and outdoor work areas, at times in inclement weather.

The employee must be able to read, understand and follow written instructions/directions, including those found on cleaning product labels.
Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: routinely lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Distance vision is required in order to remain aware of what is happening at all times.
