Job Summary:

The Customer Education Intern will learn the details of building and delivering customer-facing courses, content, and programs. The CE Intern will work cross functionally with University leadership and individual team members to identify ways to improve the learning experience for our customers and partners. The intern will also use data to help guide improvements in University content & programs that deliver an improved customer experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Update articles and courses delivered in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledgebase
Support University team members and work with subject matter experts to identify improvements and updates based on customer needs and changes to the UserTesting platform
Collaborate with University team members to maintain and refine the content in the LMS
Aggregate data points from various platforms including, but not limited to, course progress/completion, program progress, & content consumption.
Present in internal meetings, as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic understanding of learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
Ability to review data, find gaps in the learner experience, and make recommendations for improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to learn new systems quickly

Education and Experience:

Minimum three years of college experience pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Business, User Experience, or related field.
Experience working with content creation & editing platforms such as Camtasia & iMovie.
Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
