Job Description : We know that when employees feel heard and supported, they’re happier and more productive in both their professional and personal livesTo better support our teams, we’re looking for someone to spearhead a brand new initiative focused on well-being — the Employee Happiness Manager.This exciting new role will help us shape work-life at The West Egg Group. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the team with many opportunities to shine and help others do the same.Responsibilities include: Conducting daily wellness checks with staff via phone call, text, or emailTracking conversations, focusing on positive outcomes and providing support and solutions whenever possible/appropriateManaging weekly employee happiness survey dataConducting new hire training sessions showcasing TWEG core values and support systemsGuiding employees on how to use their health benefitsAnalyzing data from Employee Happiness Surveys semi annually, following up with employees with legitimate concerns, identifying employees who are consistently discontentProviding weekly updates on employee interactions, solutions provided, and ongoing issuesConducting 30-day new hire TWEG follow-up callsQuarterly check-ins with middle managementManaging a budget dedicated to making impactful changes to employees who require assistanceEmployee newsletter ambassador — Recognizing the contributions and achievements of employees & oversight of the Employee of the Week/MonthActioning Employee Recognition and Accountability formsYou are:A people-personA great listener and communicatorA go-getter, always taking initiativeExcited by the opportunity to take ownership of a new role/responsibilitiesDriven by helping people be, and feel, their bestYour experience:This role is unique in that personality will often triumph over previous work experience.
