Job Description : Job Purpose:
Plan, develop, implement and promote activities and programs that enhance overall employee engagement, communication and relations while overseeing the implementation and compliance of company employment policies and practices with relevant employment regulations.

Implement HR programs in alignment with organizational strategic goals and objectives
Successfully resolve employee relations issues, protecting the organization’s interests by ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws
Provide support to supervisors, managers and directors on employment-related issues

Human Resources Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement personnel policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient HR operations in a multi-site environment
Implement programs that foster constructive employee relations and ensure the organizations’ approach to handling employment-related issues is equitable, respectful and consistent
Gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement
Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations and oversee company-wide application of workplace policies and procedures
Provide regular support to organizational leaders on employee relations matters; proactively resolve issues; provide relevant coaching to leaders
Serve as the point of contact on fundamental HR issues and questions
Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices
Receive, evaluate and respond appropriately to employee concerns
Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend corrective actions
Oversee, review and advise on employee grievance and disciplinary processes
Respond to, manage and resolve workplace conflicts
Assist with the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
Coordinate all aspects of annual engagement survey (setup, administration, reporting of results, recommending and implementing follow-up activities)
Oversee the employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, reviewing and reporting data trends, and developing action plans to address identified issues
Evaluate and improve existing HR practices to introduce new perspectives, trends and processes
Write job descriptions for new roles and update current job descriptions, as needed.
Administer loan forgiveness/education reimbursement programs and identify additional opportunities for supporting continuing education
Partner with Training department to ensure new employee and new leader orientation provides the most effective start for new hires and those newly promoted into leadership roles; present HR portion of “Welcome to Leadership” training
In collaboration with HR Director, design and implement a performance management process in alignment with organizational objectives and ensure staff are adequately trained in the process and best practices
Stay current with employee relations trends, best practices, regulations and legal requirements
Ensure organization remains compliant with all legal requirements and provide training to managers and staff to achieve compliance with relevant federal, state and local laws
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related field required;
HR Certification strongly preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
5-8 years HR experience, including handling complex employee relations issues and policy development and implementation
Demonstrated ability to implement human resources systems and processes in alignment with organizational strategy and mission
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent writing skills, specifically policies and employee communications
In-depth knowledge and application of federal, state and local labor and employment law and regulations
Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee relations
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Must be able to maintain confidential information

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
