Position : HR Project Manager
Job Description : Insight Global is looking for a seasoned People & Culture (HR) Project Manager to join an industry leading performance apparel and wellness company. Working alongside the Technical Project Manager, responsibilities include:- Develop project artifacts including project charter, project plan, project schedule, RAID log, RASCI, reports- Develop and manage project team communications, appropriate for the audience and using appropriate channel(s) (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Confluence, meetings) and formats (e.g. IM, email, Miro, PPT)- Ensure project deliverables are developed to professional standard and hosted on the appropriate channels (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira)- Manage RAID log for project team and escalate risks and issues using the appropriate escalation paths- Set delivery team up for success with the right resourcing/onboarding/training/provisioning/controls- Remove/mitigate impediments to project team’s success- Manages project delivery to agreed upon project scope, schedule and budget- Help ensure all in-scope P&C Digital Product Road Maps are leveraged to optimize delivery and the employee experienceMust Haves: – 5-7 years of project management experience in Digital HR- Demonstrated experience leading complex, technology-enabled, transformational change initiatives- Experience with traditional and agile project management delivery methodologies- Experience managing large project budgets including capital and expense costs- Experience leading projects with Design Thinking methods to optimize employee experience outcomes preferred- Experience leading organizational change management initiatives (change strategy, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change planning, operating models etc.) preferred- Advanced ability to work collaboratively with and enroll multiple stakeholders within and outside of People & Culture- Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization- Strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills- Proven facilitation, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPlusses: – Previous experience working for high growth, Fortune 1000 global companies in the retail space Retail- Certificate(s) in: Project Management (PMP); Agile Delivery Methodologies, HR and/or HRISJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $60.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Digital HR Project Management: 3 years (Required)
