Our cutting edge SAAS based production management software stands out in this nearly recession-proof industry. We’re hiring additional Business Consultants to join our implementation team. This role works hand in hand with our customers to match the software to their team/operation, gather requirements to improve our software on a daily basis, and ensure quality delivery of the best software in the industry.Team members are involved at nearly every stage of our projects, having ownership not just of the actually implementation, but also input into the contracting and bid process that sales runs. Most projects include an opportunity to work in person with the client staff, so the role does include travel, with a maximum of 50% travel, primarily in the US and Canada (it’s been lower during COVID with more remote implementations, but travel is a requirement).The very best qualified candidates will have experience engaging directly with clients to problem solve, design process, and work with a diverse set of customers to help them develop expertise in our system. Our software is installed remotely by our Support Team, with the implementation team focused primarily on training, business process, configuration, and some reporting.Role highlights:Training our customers in the use of the software and ensuring they have the know how to improve their operationTruly understanding the unique, physical process of their operation then helping them to utilize our system in a way that aligns to–or improves–their processPartner with the project manager (or, on occasion, play the PM role) providing the needed updates and background to manage project status, issues, additional scope, i.e., adhering to the “no surprises” mantraUsing basic reporting tools to customize existing reports to meet the needs of the customerQualifications:Experience working in a factory or warehouse environment is highly desired and would expedite understanding of our client’s unique challenges and opportunitiesMinimum of 2 years experience as a PM / Business Process / Analyst / Consultant, etc. I.e. experience working with and solving problems with customersIdeally 2 years experience working with Enterprise software of some kind (ideally a WMS, MES, ERP, or inventory management platform)Great client communications, written and verbalCollege Degree or equivalent experienceUp to 50% travel (usually 3 day visits to a customer site, once or twice a month). Locations are national and variedAnalyst level SQL (selects, joins, data pulls) and/or basic understand of data is preferredCompensation ranges depending on experience.It’s a really, really fun time to be a part of ParityFactory.
