Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and forward-looking IT professional to join the IT Site Support team in Frederick, CO. Your role is to drive excellence in IT Support and to increase overall productivity, business continuity, and user satisfaction. A main responsibility is to deliver a high level of hands-on support for IT services to help minimize business disruptions. You will administer critical manufacturing and QC systems, provide support to users, Manage compliance activities related to IT Infrastructure, and work on IT technology project implementations in a GMP regulated environment.

Job Functions:

Provide PC services including PC setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and hand-on user support on the manufacturing and Quality Control floors.

Provide user administration services including user account management and Data Integrity setup.

Provide general first and second level support to local and remote users. Raise tickets and involve other support organizations and vendors promptly, as needed.

Supervise ticket queues and assist with timely ticket reassignment to other support staff as needed and ensure that tickets are properly documented and communicated.

Provide consulting and assistance to users on IT systems and processes; deliver user training.

Develop user communications, user guides, and training programs. Partner with and provide local assistance to other IT functions that do not have site presence.

Provide system administration as needed (e.g., backups, system monitoring) and participate in IT projects and audits as needed.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position may differ based on your actual work location. For CO, the salary range is $82,480.00 and $103,100.00.

Requirements:

An Associate degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of work experience, including:

Hands-on experience with helpdesk systems, Windows workstations, MS Active Directory, VPN, Anti-virus, SCCM patching, Encryption, MS Office applications.
Experience with IT technologies (networking, servers, databases, security, applications).
Proficient with system administration functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) – Desktop
Infrastructure or equivalent; HP or equivalent desktop/laptop certification.

Desired Qualifications:

Work independently with little need for supervision
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner, and consistently meet goals and deadlines.
Manage workload, prioritize tasks
Scheduling flexibility is required to work after regular business hours and/or on weekends and Holidays for critical maintenance and system implementation projects when needed and available for off-hours on-call rotations.
Possible future requirement for on-site evening shifts to support Manufacturing.
High level of tolerance and flexibility to address sophisticated multi-functional issues and to reach compromises with key customers though collaboration and arbitration.
Communicate well both verbally and in writing, share information and ideas with others, good listening skills.
