LOCATION: Denver preferred, remote OK

The Senior Manager, Program Management will lead critical operational improvement initiatives that enable Maxar’s Enterprise business to increase sales velocity, reduce business risk, and scale revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Leadership – Lead end-to-end implementation of new processes and tools and transform existing processes and tools to pave the way for best-in-class solutions
Visionary – Anticipate and identify barriers and sub-optimal processes that impact performance
Data-driven – Regularly review program metrics and proactively identify new and improved data sources to assess program performance
Follow-through – Ensure program management processes are simple, executable, and sustainable and monitor performance of new processes to identify and address post-implementation issues
Partnership – Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify process and tools improvements, and gain alignment
Basic Requirements:
Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States
Bachelor’s degree
8 years-experience in program management, consulting, or related area
Experience leading a project from end-to-end to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Process Improvement practices
The compensation range for this position is $106,500 –
$177,500 annually, dependent
on skills and experience.
This position is also eligible for
a bonus plan.
