As the Office Administrator, you’re the quarterback of our team, helping to streamline front-end sales, client experience, team needs, and assisting in brand awareness.ROLE DESCRIPTION Your days start when the business opens at 8:30 am, where you’ll be checking and following up with client leads, questions, and requests. Once the day is going, you’ll pivot to invoicing, updating our internal scheduling/client management system, and a shortlist of other administrative tasks.
