The primary role of the Office manager is to run the day-to-day operations of the branch office. The Production manager and Sales manager will assist you in your role. The team will need to understand and assist in all aspects of the operations.

The Opportunity provides – After a probationary period of 90 days you will be eligible for the following benefits based on the current company handbook, 5 days PTO and 10days of sick time on an accrued earned basis, Health care, and IRA.
Requirements of the position

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Quick books, Power Point and understanding of social media marketing presence.
Reliable transportation that can allow you to report to the office daily and work full time
Assist other company offices as needed when office manager is not present
Answer all incoming communications and distribute all sales lead to the sales manager
Address and assist with issues in production and other conflicts as they arise
Assist with staff time off requests by keeping track on the company calendar
Ability to manage day to day office functions – deposits, invoicing, processing mortgage checks, positive customer communications, process customer payments, provide production support with calling insurance companies to follow up on supplement checks, assist with pulling permits, ladder inspection schedules, and maintain contractor GL and workers comp files
Build sales marketing folders for the sales team
Maintaining a clean background to qualify for solicitation permits within designated cities / counties and or driving company vehicles
Must have a valid state driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record with current insurance coverage
Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your teammates
Assist with the ordering of office supplies, team gear selection, order of inventory items to keep the office running smoothly
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred, military personnel encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
