This team member coordinates the steps of the recruiting process for our client – matching candidates from a great talent pool with high level, coveted positions in the United States. Excellent in coordinating interview schedules, confirming details, following up after interviews, arranging onboarding for successful candidates and basically helping everyone in the process feel great and confident each step of the way. You’ll communicate with invested candidates in search of their dream job, the interview team, the hiring managers and coordinate all the steps in the recruiting process. In this role, you will act as a support for coordinating the recruiting and talent acquisition process for UPLevel and for our client.
