Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure a flawless candidate experience. This role will focus heavily on scheduling interviews, candidate communication, administering Greenhouse, new job configuration and working with spreadsheets. Everyday is different but your excitement for a growing company in the tech industry will make you successful in this role.

This position reports directly to our Sr Director, Talent Acquisition.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

Manage the scheduling of interviews and ensure a high-level of quality throughout the candidate experience
Generate and send out offer letters
Conduct background checks for our potential hires
Research and edit job descriptions and postings
Maintain impeccable organization and constantly re-assess priorities while working on multiple tasks at once
Work on ad hoc projects as needed
Become an expert in our toolkit – Greenhouse (or another ATS), Sheets/Excel, Word/Docs and Powerpoint/Slides

Here’s What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
1.5+ years experience in a Recruitment, HR or Operations role
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Analytical and organized mindset with a knack for prioritizing effectively
Passion for candidate experience and providing our stakeholders with impeccable service
Ability to think on your feet and make adaptable last minute changes as needed
Experience with any ATS (we use Greenhouse), Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Google apps and systems
Have a keen eye for details
Experience working in a technology company is a major plus
