Kettle Insteatute where you’ll learn how a cup of tea makes everything betterCozy up with any of our 125 blends at head officeFun, collaborative tea[m]Opportunity for growth and ownership of rolesThe RoleDue to the large, geographical area of the region and Covid-19 restrictions, the Regional Operations Manager is an in-office role with occasional travel.The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for:Providing training and leadership to Store Managers and tea[ms];Ensuring company standards are met in sales and service, operations, loss prevention, and merchandising;Completing virtual and in-person store visits;Managing the labour costs and scheduling of stores;Staffing the stores with strong management;Meeting sales targets;Communicating with stores and following up to ensure all policies and procedures are being executed properly;Verifying tasks and planogram execution in stores;Acting as a main point of communication from the stores to senior leadership;Helping resolve customer complaints when escalated; andBringing a contagious passion for teaThe Perfect BlendThe ideal candidate will the perfect blend of:Sales driven individual with 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience;Ability to travel within Canada;Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate, coach, and maximize productivity;Exceptional software skills including Microsoft Office 365 and using video conferencing tools;Strong visual skills and an ability to translate vision into reality;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Excellent customer service skills; andAbility to work well under pressure.Thank you to all applicants.
