Job Description : Who are we? We at Ace Prime Holdings, manage multiple rental homes and condos throughout Ontario & Quebec. We are hiring for the position of rental property customer support representative. This is a remote position, you’ll be required to login to our employee portal to “clock-in” every morning. This is an entry level position.The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. What Are The Job Duties? : Instructing tenants on check-in instructions and how that pertains to their stay.Answering any questions a short-term or long-term tenant may haveScheduling our cleaners for properties and marking such in our system whenever the property has been cleaned.Ensuring that our maintenance staff is called to assist any guests and regularly replenish guest supplies.Scheduling showing for our agents if a guest requests for a short or long term reservation at one of our properties.And other tasks throughout the day of a similar nature!If you think this position is the right fit for you, apply today to schedule an interview!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $19.25 per hourAdditional pay:Bonus payOvertime payBenefits:Casual dressFlexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:customer service: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (preferred)
