Job Description : ESP Global Services are currently recruiting for a Part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team in Kharadi, Pune. They are looking for individuals who will provide accounts and administration support to the finance team supporting sales invoicing and credit control.

About the role
You will manage credit checks through Creditsafe for review by Financial Controller/Finance Director, posting of daily cash receipts, reports & monitoring and assist with allocating funds to be allocated on customer account and remittances.

About you
Proven experience of credit control.
Experience of multi- currency environments and NAV 2017 (desirable, but not essential).
A good level of Excel knowledge.
A basic understanding of how Accounting Systems work.
Highly organised and accurate with strong attention to detail and the drive to take ownership of completing required tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to ensure that processes are followed carefully, and tasks completed methodically.
Keen to learn with a strong work ethic.
A proactive & dynamic approach to work.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
Open to work as a part time
