About the Job

As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels like Calls, Email or Chat

What you will do:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

What you need to have:

Experience in Customer Service & specifically calling experience is a must & should have good MS office expertise
1-3 years of Voice & Non-Voice experience in any industry, Preferred Startup/BPO/ NBFC/ Banks
Excellent Customer Service & People Attitude
Good Communications skills, Fluent English is Mandate, Regional language would be an advantage
