Job Description : Your Opportunity
As MEINA Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for supply & demand plan of the MEINA cluster (Middle East Israel North Africa) owning the end-to-end flow monitoring & balancing supply enabling to meet targets and customer service objectives. You will be the guardian of the S&OP process consistency within the clusters MEINA, SSA and SEALIT sharing information, performance, actions to/from global functions. Through the S&OP process you will develop, implement, and influence best practices in the disciplines of forecasting and inventory management and be the owner of allocation management, cut-off, OOS monitoring and implement the Risk and Opportunity tracking against S&OP.

Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Be responsible for MEINA cluster region’s Demand and Supply along with an optimized inventory strategy to meet sales and service objectives
Coordinate global demand S&OP with SEALIT, SSA clusters and ensure attendance to the global meetings and demand insights requirements with rest of the team
Participate to other clusters’ S&OP (key markets demand reviews, sign offs) to develop actions towards the S&OP maturity, ensuring S&OP is also ‘dollarized’ and demand evolution main assumptions captured
Through the S&OP process, develop, implement, and influence best practices in the disciplines of forecasting and inventory management
Scope includes standard S&OP Process, New Product introduction, Portfolio optimization and special projects (for example technology enhancements)
You need to ensure plants get full visibility, sales forecast accuracy is improved and that a robust alert process is in place and maintained
Support and mentor the planners in the clusters to ensure continuous improvement regarding tool utilization and data accuracy, consistency and repository
Coordinate global planning projects roll out and global allocations tracking with planners and brand team
Manage continuous improvement of the product supply from the operation centers with improved customer service level, faster cycles, reduction of waste/optimization of portfolio
Ensure plants get full visibility, that sales forecast accuracy is improved and that a robust alert process is in place and maintained, including discussion-review on days on hand review at 3rd party customer
Maintain/coordinate monthly S&OP collaborative reports, dashboards analysis publication to stakeholders
Support the supply chain director to prepare cut-off outlook and risks
Participate in the yearly budget process and capture assumptions
Required to build and roll out a dynamic weekly distributors’ depletion to replenishment tool for key contributing SKUs
Maintain proactively documentation ‘SharePoint’ repository for the supply chain team
Own, engage and maintain the AMEA supply chain dashboard and organize monthly review with the team
Capture and integrate latest distributors depletion, inventory data, and in transits
Coordinate the 3rd party distributor inventory report and actions
Propose, support, contribute to the evaluation of MEINA RTM change opportunities

Proficient in supply chain within an integrated planning environment
Mastery of Planning process and system, proficient level of analytical & reasoning abailities
Excellent communication and influencing skills. High collaborative skills
Ideally experience of Product Innovation and some Logistics / Distribution processes
High learning agility, adaptability, and track record of exceptional results
Very high attention to details and organised
Sense of urgency and proactivity
Able to autonomously navigate in the organization matrix effectively
Numbers and excel advanced literacy
Enable to innovate methods to simplify for more efficiency while delivering the expected targets and results
