Job Description : Overview:

Where you’ll work:
This is an in-office position, so you’ll work in the Irving, Texas, office 100% of the time.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. This position is eligible for up to $2,000 in Welcome Bonuses throughout the first year of employment.

Responsibilities:
This position is for a Print Team. The team is responsible for sorting and preparing claim documentation for mailing. The claim support role provides administrative assistance to claim handlers and leadership by assisting in the completion of delegated tasks through collaboration with internal and external customers.
Other responsibilities:

Performs routine but varied duties requiring a variety of office skills and procedural knowledge in direct support of associates involved in the handling of claims.
Keys claims data information into various operating systems
May require travel by commercial transportation and driving motor vehicles to participate in educational seminars, meetings or schools

This is an in-office position in our Irving, TX, location. Associates may be required to work additional hours, overtime hours, or non-standard hours, including varying work shifts, weekends and holidays, based on workload and as the operation dictates.
